Eng. Chirantha Lakmal is a Member of the Institution of Engineers, Sri Lanka(IESL), Member of the Sri Lankan Geotechnical Society (SLGS), Associated Member of the Society of Structural Engineers, Sri Lanka (SSESL). He graduated (BSc Eng.) from University of Moratuwa in 2001 and also holds a Post Graduate Diploma (PG Dip.) in Structural Engineering from the same University.
